TRK DENZ TCARET FLOSUNUN GEM BYKLKLER VE ANA MAKNE GLER YNNDEN DEERLENDRLMES
 
Dnya denizcilik sektrnde ok eitli tipte gemiler var. Bu gemiler arasndan uluslararas ticarette en fazla paya sahip gemi tipi kuru yk, konteyner ve tanker tr gemilerdir ve pazarlar ok eitli boyutlarda ok sayda gemi tarafndan zellikle bu alanlarda hizmet verilmektedir. Uluslararas Denizcilik rgt (IMO), dnya denizcilik sektrnde yer alan gemi tiplerini kategorize etmitir ve geminin tm kapal alanlarnn hesap edilmesiyle elde edilen gros tonaj ifadesini Gemilerin Tonajlarn lme Hakknda Uluslararas Szleme de tanmlanmtr. Denizcilik sektrnde IMO tarafndan yrrle koyulan ve tm dnya deniz ticaretinde uygulanan SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW gibi nemli szlemelerde denizcilik sektrndeki gvenlik ve emniyet kurallar, geminin alanlarna ilikin haklar, sorumluluklar ve yeterlilikler, geminin sigorta primleri, sicile kayt cretleri, geminin sahip olmas gereken sertifikalar vb. kurallar genellikle gros tonaj ifadesiyle belirlenmi ve snrlar koyulmutur. Benzer ekilde gemilerin sahip olduklar makine gleri de zellikle baca gaz emisyon kurallar, yakt ile ilgili kurallarda szlemelerdeki snrlar belirlemek iin kullanlan dier biri birimdir. Bu balamda bu almada aktif olarak alan Trk bayrakl gemilerin tiplerine gre anma (nominal) deeri olarak gros tonilatolar ve g deerleri nedir (medyan) sorusunun cevab aranmtr. Bu amala IMO GISIS veri tabannda yer alan ve aktif olarak alan Trk bayrakl gemi tipleri verilerine ulalm ve excell program ile verilerin dalmlar analiz edilmitir. Verilerin istatistiki aklayc ltlerine erimek iin kutu grafik yntemi kullanlmtr. Elde edilen sonular kapsamnda Trk ticaret filosunun gemi tiplerinin IMO szlemeleri kapsamnda ilgili olduklar konularda snrllklarnn belirlenebilmesine ilikin n gr oluturmak hedeflenmitir.

EVALUATION OF THE TURKISH MARINE TRADE FLEET IN TERMS OF SHIP SIZES AND MAIN ENGINE POWERS
 
There are many different types of ships in the world maritime industry. Among these vessels, the ship type with the largest share in international trade is dry cargo, container and tanker type vessels, and their markets are served by many vessels of various sizes, especially in these areas. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has categorized the ship types in the world maritime sector and the gross tonnage expression obtained by calculating all the closed areas of the ship is defined in the International Convention on Measuring the Tonnages of Ships. Rules and limitations such as safety and security rules, rights, responsibilities and qualifications for the employees of the ship, insurance premiums, registration fees, certificates that the ship must have, etc are generally defined in terms of gross tonnage. Similarly, the engine power of the ships is another unit used to determine the limits in the conventions, especially for oil gas emission rules, fuel rules. In this context, in this study, the answer to the question of what are the gross tonnages and power values (median) as the nominal (nominal) value according to the types of Turkish flagged vessels actively working were sought. For this purpose, actively working Turkish flagged vessel types in the IMO GISIS database were obtained and the distribution of the data was analyzed with the Excel program. Box graph method was used to access statistical explanatory criteria of the data. Within the scope of the results, it is aimed to create a vision for determining the limitations of the ship types of the Turkish merchant fleet in the subjects they are related to under IMO conventions.
