Gnmz acmasz rekabet ortamnda iletmeler varlklarn srdrmek ya da bymek iin srekli gelien retim ve ynetim yntemlerini yakndan takip etmelidirler. reticiler asndan olay deerlendirdiimizde bu iletmelerin yakndan takip edilmesi gereken en nemli konu ise endstriyel devrimlerdir. nk endstriyel devrimler iletmeler iin krlma noktas olup, bu krlma noktalarna ayak uydurabilen iletmeler varln srdrr ve hatta byrken, bu devrime ayak uyduramayp demode kalan iletmeler ise ciddi manada klmekte hatta yok olmaktadr. Yaadmz dnem yeni bir endstriyel devrimin gereklemekte olduu bir dnemdir ve kronolojik olarak sraladmzda 4. Nesil endstriyel devrim olarak adlandrlmakta olan bir dier adyla da Endstri 4.0 dr. Teknolojide yaanan gelimelerin retim bantlarnda etkin bir biimde kullanarak retim planlar ve srelerinin tamamen inovatif olarak deitirilmesi endstriyel devrim olarak tanmlanmaktadr almada retim srelerinde yer alan verimlilik hesaplar kullanlm olup, stma grubu rnleri reten global bir firmann Avrupada yer alan fabrikasnda Endstri 4.0 a gei sreleri incelenmi Endstri 4.0 ncesi ve sonras retim hatlarna toplam verimlilikleri hesaplanmtr. Sonu ksmnda Endstri 4.0n getirdii bu saysal verimlilik deerleri kyaslanarak tartlm ve deerlendirilmitir.

THE INDUSTRY 4.0 VISION AND THE PRODUCTIVITY IT PROVIDES IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES
 
Business must track slosely production and process management methods because of todays hard competitive environment in order to survive and then grow. As we consider this situationby manufacturers sie, the most important issue is monitoring industrial revolutions tightly. Industrial revolutions can be described as breaking points; so the manufacturers that adjust theirselves to a new environment keep alive an deven expend while outdated ones disappearing from the industry. A new industrial revolution is taking place in these days called Industry 4.0 which is classified 4th Generation in chronogical order. Developing production plans and processes innovatively by using the advance in technological field through production line effectively is defined industrial revolution. In this study, three different factories of a global company which produces were evaluated and their total productivity was calculated before and after Industry 4.0 with using basic productivity calculation methods. In the conclusion part, the numerical efficiency values of Industry 4.0 were compared and discussed and evaluated.
