Gnmzde deiimin getirmi olduu yenilikler, bilgi ve insan unsurunun her geen gn nem kazanmasn salayarak, rgtlerin ama ve ileyilerinde nemli deiikliklere neden olmutur. Ynetim alannda gelitirilen yeni stratejiler, yneticilere, alanlarn tatmin, ballk ve performans dzeylerini gelitirme sorumluluu vermektedir. Bu nedenle alanlarn verimliliklerini ve rgte olan ballklarn arttracak, ynetici ve gvene dayal bir rgt kltr oluturmak salk hizmetlerinin kalitesi ve mteri memnuniyeti asndan nem arz etmektedir. Bu noktadan hareketle, bu aratrmann temel amac, bir hizmet iletmesi olan hastanelerde personel glendirmenin i tatmini, yneticiye gven ve rgtsel ballk zerine etkisini aratrmak olarak belirlenmitir. Aratrma sonucunda, personel glendirmenin i tatmini, yneticiye gven ve rgtsel ball pozitif ve anlaml etkiledii grlmtr. Personel glendirmenin ayn zamanda alann yneticisine kar gven duygusunu arttrm olduu olgusuna da varlmtr. Tm bu deikenlerden oluan en uyumlu yapsal eitlik modeli yaplan yol analizi ile tespit edilerek iletmelere nerilerde bulunulmutur.

THE EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT TO JOB SATISFACTION, TRUST IN SUPERVISOR AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: HOSPITAL EXAMPLE
 
Nowadays, the innovations which arised because of changes, has caused important changes in the objectives and operations of the organizations and also has increased the importance of information and human factors day by day. The new strategies which were maintained in the management area, have given the managers the responsibility for improving the satisfaction, commitment and performance level of employees. For this reason, to maintain an organizational culture which is based on the manager and trust and which will increase the performance level and organizational commitment of employess is important for the quality of health service and also for customer happiness. From this point on, the main object of this research is determined as to search the effect of employee empowerment to job satisfaction, trust in supervisor and organizational commitment in the hospitals, which are type of service business. As a result of this research, it has been seen that employee empowerment has significant positive effect on job satisfaction, trust in supervisor and organizational commitment. Also it has been seen that employee empowerment increases the employees feeling of trust to his/her supervisor. The most compatible structural equivalence model which consists of all these variables has been detected with the road analysis and suggestions have been made to the organizations.
