Bunun iin ise, farkl kurumsal ortamlarda ve pazarlarda faaliyet gsteren iletmelerde alanlarn i-aile yaam atmas dzeylerinin ileriyle ilgili tutum ve davranlarn ne ynde ve ne derecede etkilediinin belirlenmesi gerekir. alanlar i-yaam dengelerini kurmaya alrken birtakm bireysel ve evresel faktrlerin etkisi altna girmektedirler. Buradan hareketle, almann amac youn alma saatleri yaanan bankaclk sektr kadn alanlar iin i-yaam dengesini etkileyen faktrlerin sral lojistik regresyon yntemiyle analizidir. Analiz sonucunda; medeni durum, ocuk says, evde yardmcnn varl, allan pozisyon, e destei, aile destei ve ynetici desteinin istatistik anlaml etkili faktrler olduu belirlenmitir.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE WORK-LIFE BALANCE FOR WOMEN WORKERS BY ORDERED LOGISTIC REGRESSION: EXAMPLE OF THE BANKING SECTOR
 
It is possible for the employees to be productive and productive in their work life by establishing a healthy balance between their working and family lives, while they are happy by giving more time to their families in their private lives. However, the fact that the work and family habitats are constantly changing makes it difficult to establish this balance. Work-family life conflicts can affect the job satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of the employees in terms of their personal happiness and life satisfaction as well as the businesses they work with. It is important to produce appropriate human resources policies and to carry out organizational arrangements and practices in order to effectively manage the work-family conflict of life. For this purpose, it should be determined how and to what extent the work-family life conflict levels of employees working in different corporate environments and markets affect their attitudes and behaviors about their work. Employees are under the influence of a number of individual and environmental factors while trying to establish work-life balances. Therefore, the aim of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the work-life balance by the ordered logistic regression method for the female employees of the banking sector who have high working hours. As a result of the analysis; marital status, number of children, working position, presence of assistant at home, male husband support, family support and manager support were determined as statistically significant factors.
