Modern liderlik yaklamlarndan olan hizmetkar liderlik, kdemli bir alann ie veya greve yeni balayan alana yol gstericilii, akl hocal yapt mentorluk ve alanlarn mevut grev tanmlar dnda ekstra rol davranlar gsterdii rgtsel vatandalk davran birbirini etkileyen kavramlardr. Bu almann amac hizmetkar liderlik, rgtsel vatandalk davran ve mentorluk faaliyetlerinin birbirleriyle ilikisinin ve demografik zelliklere gre farkllklarnn llmesidir. Bu almada ncelikle hizmetkar liderlik, mentorluk ve rgtsel vatandalk davran kavramlar aklanm ve literatr taramas gerekletirilmitir. Dier taraftan aratrma kapsamnda veriler, Trkiyede faaliyette bulunan bankalarda alan toplam 325 igrenden anketle elde edilmitir. Yaplan aratrmada hizmetkar liderlik ile mentorluk arasnda yksek byklkte ve pozitif, hizmetkar liderlik ile rgtsel vatandalk davran arasnda orta byklkte ve pozitif, mentorluk ile rgtsel vatandalk davran arasnda ise yine orta byklkte ve pozitif iliki saptanmtr. Literatrde hizmetkar liderlik ve VD ile ilgili aratrmalar bulunmakla birlikte, ulusal dzeyde bu aratrmalarn snrl sayda olduu grlmektedir. Bununla birlikte hizmetkar liderlik, mentorluk ve VDnin birbiriyle etkileiminin llmesinde uluslararas dzeyde de almalarn kstl olduu grlmektedir. Aratrmann gerek Trkiyenin bankaclk sektr iin, gerekse de rgtsel davran ve liderlik literatrne kazandraca farkl bak alarndan dolay nemli katklar salayaca dnlmektedir.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERVANT LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR AND MENTORSHIP: A RESEARCH ON THE BANKING SECTOR
 
Servant leadership which is one of the modern leadership approaches, mentoring which is a guidance of a senior employee to the new employee and organizational citizenship behavior which is an extra-organizational behaviour in addition to existing job descriptions are concepts that affects each other. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the correlation of servant leadership (SL), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and mentorship activities, evaluating the differences based on demographical variables. In this study, firstly the concepts of servant leadership, mentoring and organizational citizenship behavior are explained and a literature review has been carried out. On the other hand the scope of data research, working in banks operating in Turkey was obtained by questionnaire from a total of 325 employees. According to the statistical data obtained through this surveys, there was a high and positive relationship between leadership and mentoring, moderate and positive between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and a moderate and positive relationship between mentoring and organizational citizenship behavior. Although there are some researches on servant leadership and OCB in the literature, there is a limited number of these studies at national level. Nevertheless, it is observed that studies on the interactions of servant leadership, mentoring and OCB are limited at the international level. You need to study for Turkey's banking sector, both also expected to make an important contribution because of their different perspectives will gain organizational behavior and leadership literature.
