Salk Hizmetlerinde Yaanan Sorunlarla ilgili Alglarn Parametrik Olmayan Testler ve Uygunluk Analizi ile ncelenmesi
 
Salk sektrnde sunulan hizmetlerin kalitesinin deerlendirilmesi genellikle alg lm ile gerekletirilmektedir. Alglanan hizmet kalitesi mterilerin hizmet almadan nceki beklentileri ile karlat hizmet arasndaki farkn karlatrlmas ile belirlenmektedir. Beklenti gerekleen hizmetten daha dk seviyede ise bu durum hizmet kalitesinde sorunu olarak tanmlamaktadr. Bu almada Trkiyedeki Salk Kurulularnda sunulan hizmetler ile ilgili sorunlarn alg lmnde, Trkiye statistik Kurumununun 2015 Yaam Memnuniyeti Anketinde yer alan salk hizmetleriyle ilgili sorular temel alnm ve hastalarn bu sorular ile ilgili alglar parametrik olmayan testler ve Uygunluk Analizi ile llmtr.

Examining Perceived Issues in Health Care Services By Using Nonparametric Tests and Correspondence Analysis
 
The evaluation of the quality of the services offered in the health sector is usually carried out by perception measurement. The perceived quality of service is determined by comparing the difference between the expectations of the customers before the service is received and the service they are experienced. If the expectation is lower than the actual service, this circumstance is explained as quality of service issue. In this study, problems related to the services provided in Health Institutions in Turkey, the questions about the health service are based on Life Satisfaction Survey in the Turkish Statistical Institute's 2015 and the patients' perceptions of these questions were measured by non-parametric tests and Correspondence Analysis.
