Takm Sporu Antrenrleri Ve Gemiadamlarnn Tatmin Ve rgtsel Ballk Dzeylerinin Karlatrmal Analizi
 
Bir yneticinin iletmedeki insan gcn, hedefler dorultusunda, koordineli bir ekilde ynetmesi gerekmektedir. Bu koordinasyon iin i grenlerinin, i tatmin ve rgtsel ballk dzeylerini deerlendirebilmesi gerekir. tatmini ve rgtsel ballk sosyal bilim alannda yaplan aratrmalar arasnda ska allmaktadr. Literatrde, i grenlerin ie ve i ortamna kar tutumlar i tatmini olarak adlandrlr. rgtsel ballk, alanlarn rgtle ilikisi ile ekillenen ve rgtn srekli bir yesi olma karar almalarn salayan davran olarak tanmlanmaktadr ve i tatmini ile rgtsel ballk arasnda anlaml iliki olduu grlmektedir. Bir zabitin, i tatmini ve rgtsel ballk dzeyinin (can ve mal kayplar vb. nedenler ile) yksek olmas beklenirken, antrenr iin bu dzeyin dk olmas hayati nem tamamaktadr. Takm ynetimi, iletiim becerisi, liderlik vb. birok ortak zellii bnyesinde bulundurmas gereken bu iki meslein karlatrlmas, benzer zelliklerinin yannda farkllklarnda ne derecede i tatminine ve rgtsel ball etkiledii ortaya koyulmaya allmtr. Aratrmamzda stanbuldaki takm sporu antrenrleri (futbol, basketbol, voleybol) ve uzakyol zabiti gemiadamlarnn i tatmin ve rgtsel ballk dzeyleri arasndaki ilikiler belirlenerek, karlatrmalar yaplmtr. tatmin dzeyleri iin Minnesota Tatmin leinin 20 soruluk ksa formu, rgtsel ballk dzeyleri iin toplamda 18 soruluk Meyer ve Allen in rgtsel Ballk Anketi kullanlmtr. Anketlerde bulunan sorularn frekans analizleri karlarak, deikenlere gre i tatmini ve rgtsel ballk dzeyleri arasndaki ilikiler SPSS 22.0 programnda deerlendirilmitir. Aratrma sonularnda takm sporu antrenrlerinin i tatmin ve rgtsel ballk dzeylerinin gemiadamlarna gre, yine takm sporu antrenrlerinin isel tatmin, duygusal ve normatif ballk dzeylerinin gemiadamlarna gre, gemiadamlarnn ise dsal tatmin ve devamllk ballk dzeylerinin takm sporu antrenrlerine gre yksek olduu grlmtr.

Comparative Analysis of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Level of Team Sports Coaches and Seafarers
 
The manager in a company should manage the manpower in a line of targets and in a coordinated way. Employees evaluate the levels job satisfaction (JS) and organizational commitment (OC). JS and OC are frequently studied in research area of social science. In the literature, JS is named as an attitude of employees to the work and work environment. OC is defined as a behavior that provides taking a decision of being a permanent member of organization and that is shaped by a relationship between employees and organization; so it is seem that there was a meaningful relationship between JS and OC. While officers levels of JS and OC (life and property loss etc. causes) is supposed to be high, being low of this levels is vital for coaches. It is aimed two compare these two profession keeping team management, communication skill, leadership etc. and may after common properties within and also to show how much the differences in addition to similarities affects the JS and OC. In our research, it is made a comparison between team sports coaches (football, basketball, volleyball) and officer seafarers by defining the relationship between the levels of JS and OC. While Minnesotas Job Satisfaction Scales short form with 20 questions is used for JS levels, Meyers and Allens Organizational Commitment Survey with 18 questions is used for the level of OC. According to variables, the relationship between the levels of JS and OC is evaluated with SPSS 22.0 program by making inference of frequency analyze of questions in surveys. In research results, it is seem that according to seafarers JS and OC levels of team sports coaches, and also internal satisfaction, emotional and normative commitment levels of team sports coaches are higher. However external satisfaction and continuity commitment levels of seafarers are higher according to team sports coaches.
